  • Name
  • Organization (optional)
  • Email address
  • The message you submit

We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal data through this form.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry.
  • Follow up regarding potential business opportunities you’ve expressed interest in.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

A Note on Sensitive Information

Please do not include confidential, proprietary, or highly sensitive information in our Contact form. This form is intended for general inquiries. If your matter involves sensitive details, we recommend reaching out to schedule a call instead.

Third-Party Services Involved in Form Processing

To protect this site and its visitors from spam and abuse, our Contact form uses:

  • Cloudflare Turnstilea bot-detection service that verifies you are a real visitor. Turnstile may process limited technical information (such as browser signals) to make this determination. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details.
  • Google Workspace — form submissions are forwarded to our email inbox for review and response.
Where Your Information Is Stored

Submitted form data is stored in two places:

  1. Within our website’s database (WordPress/SureForms), accessible only by the site administrator.
  2. In our email inbox, once the notification is sent.
Data Retention

We review archived contact form submissions on a quarterly basis and delete entries that are no longer needed to maintain an active business relationship or respond to an ongoing inquiry.

Your Rights

You may request at any time that we:

  • Provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Delete your personal information from our systems
  • Correct any inaccurate information

To make such a request, contact us at admin@cfrazierinc.com.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not run Google Analytics or similar visitor-tracking services at this time. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly before any such tracking begins.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

For material changes — meaning changes that meaningfully affect how your information is collected, used, or shared — we will provide at least 7 days’ notice where applicable, and such changes will take effect on the Sunday following that notice period.
